PURPOSE: To permit the free flight of the disc-shaped flying body without being affected by the gravity fields of planets by a method wherein the acceleration of the gravity of the earth and other planets is controlled so as to arrive at zero value in the final stage.

CONSTITUTION: When a pulse-like high voltage static electricity 4 is charged on the whole surface of the electro-conductive outer body 1 of the disc-shaped flying body through a part of an insulating body 2, a pulse-like electrostatic field 4' is generated around the periphery of the flying body. One directional potential field 11 is generated in accompanied with the generation of the pulse-like electrostatic field 4'. When the strength of the one-directional potential field 11 is increased to the strength capable of refracting an electromagnetic wave from 1Hz to a microwave and a visible beam to the area synthesizing one direction progressing energy 9', the weight of the disc-shaped flying body may be brought into a condition which is not affected by the acceleration from the potential field corresponding to the synthesized energy of the one direction progressiveness 9' to the electromagnetic wave thereof.
