Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a head at low cost with a high accuracy and a high density by a method wherein a printing pattern by wiring is fixed on a ceramic base by metallizing and grooves are provided by cutting out in the pattern.
CONSTITUTION: Metalized pattern 3 is formed on the ceramic base 1 by printint pasted metal powder such as Mo-Mn, W or Mo and setting it by baking in a hydrogen atmosphere. At that time the electrode portion 2 only is printed several times overlappingly so as to have resistance to wear. Then slots 4 are provided accurately and densely by being cut with a supper-precision cutting machine in the same pitch and phase as the print pattern so that the electrode portioi 2 is independent for each pattern in pattern 3.
