Title:
ROTOR FOR INDUCTION MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5986444
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration of alternating torque generated from a rotor by absorbing the torque by a buffer while slidably moving a shaft cylinder and a rotor cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A flexible buffer 5 such as rubber is filled in a gap between a shaft cylinder 2 having four projections secured to a shaft 1 and a rotor cylinder 4 having four recesses and secured to a rotor 3. Thus, since the pulsating vibration of alternating torque generated at the rotor 3 is transmitted from the cylinder 4 to the cylinder 2 through a buffer 5, the vibration is almost absorbed by the buffer 5 and not transmitted to the shaft 1. Since the operating torque is transmitted through the buffer 5, only the operating torque is transmitted to a load secured to the shaft 1 such as blades but the alternating torque is not transmitted. Accordingly, the rotor can be operated without vibration nor noise.
