Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain titled member of improved wear resistance without hurting an object through making the cohesive shear force lower than the bond strength between the band-like crystals of the resin itself, by incorporating tetrafluoroethylene resin with a fluorine-based surfactant and/or silicone oil.
CONSTITUTION: The objective member can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of tetrafluoroethylene resin with (B) 0.5W10pts.wt. of a fluorine-based surfactant and/or silicon oil. Said member may further be inconporated with graphite, molybdenum disulfide, etc.
