PURPOSE: To dial the telephone-number of the opposite side without the wrong operation, for the short time and securely by entrying the telephone-number in name-card main body so that it will be read optically, magnetically, mechanically and automatically, and by inserting the name-card in a telephone-number reader.

CONSTITUTION: A company's name 2, a person's name 3 and an address 4 are printed on the surface of a name-card main body 1 which is made of paper or a synthetic resin, and a telephone-number 5 is entried by a figure so that it will be read optically. The telephone-number is formed by a drilled hole 7 which can be read optically or mechanically or a bar code, or is formed by sticking the magnetic tape, etc., which can be read magnetically. When a name-card 6 which is formed in this way is inserted in a telephone-number reader 12, the reader 12 reads the telephoe-number optically, mechanically and magnetically, converts it to an electrical signal, and inputs it to a dial signal oscillation circuit 14 of a telephone set 13. The circuit 14 sends the telephone number to a central telephone exchange by the dial signal, and calls the opposite side.
