Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a miniaturized thin solar cell watch, by forming an amorphous silicon solar cell by using a wrist watch glass as a substrate.
CONSTITUTION: An amorphous silicon solar cell 12 is formed directly by using a wrist watch glass 10 as a substrate. Accordingly, the solar cell is possible to have a large planar dimension and at the same time is made thin.
