Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a motor by connecting the collector of a transistor connected at the emitter to the base of a transistor connected at the collector to a load to the collector of the previous transistor through an OR circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a coil 1A in which the first transistor 2A is turned ON by a drive circuit 6 which inputs a position signal from Hall elements 7A-7C is energized, the collector voltage is low but the collector voltages of the first transistors 2B, 3C in OFF state are high. Accordingly, the collector current of the second transistor 4A is high, and the voltage between the collector and the emitter of the first transistor 2A becomes low, 0.2-0.5V. Even when coils 1B, 1C in which other first transistors 2B, 2C are turned ON are energized, the voltage between the collector and the emitter of the first transistor becomes similarly low.
