PURPOSE: To attain broad band and efficient output combination by arranging in a ring unit amplifiers amplifying respectively an ultrahigh frequency signal distributed by a resonator type power distributor and combining and outputting an output of each unit amplifier by means of a resonator type power combiner.
CONSTITUTION: The unit amplifiers AMP are arranged in a ring and connected to a magnetic field coupling loop of the resonator type power distributor CR1 and the resonator type power combiner CR2 by means of a connecting line LD. A space is formed at the center by arranging the unit amplifiers AMP in a ring in this way and cooling air flows as shown in the arrow in dotted lines, thereby cooling efficiently the unit amplifiers AMP. Further, even when the cooling system supplying cooling air from the side of the unit amplifiers AMP is adopted, the cooling air flows and the cooling of the unit amplifiers AMP is attained efficiently. Since the magnetic field coupling loop of the resonator type power distributor CR1 and the resonator type power combiner CR2 is led out from the circumference, the connection with the unit amplifiers AMP arranged in a ring is attained easily.
