PURPOSE: To obtain a heat-sensitive fluorescent transfer medium having an excellent transferring property, high reflection density and strong fluorescence, byadding specified quantities of fluorescent pigment and hot-melt adhesive to the content of a heat-sensitive transfer ink layer.

CONSTITUTION: An ink layer 2 prepared by adding, as contents, fluorescent pigment of 10W60wt% or preferably 25W35% as a coloring agent (A) and hot-melt adhesive of preferably 10% as an additive (B) to wax as a major agent is provided on one surface of a substrate 1 by hot-melt coating and solvent coating, and thereby an aimed transfer medium is prepared.
