Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5875607
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a small size, solid fuel room heating apparatus for domestic use, for which packaged pulverized coal is used as fuel.

CONSTITUTION: When a package 1 containing pulverized coal is filled into a package filling chamber 2, one end of a package 1 is broken by a package cutter 5 while the package is charged, so that pulverized coal can fall down into a feeding device 8. Then, the feeding device 8 and a fan 9 are started to move, and the pulverized coal is conveyed to the direction of a combustion chamber 4, while injected air swirls round the inside of a combustion chamber 4 by control plates 12. The pulverized coal, carried to a feeding port 7, is fed into the combustion chamber 4, together with the injected air, to fill the inside of a combustion chamber 4 with pulverized coal. In this state, when the coal is ignited by some ignition device 13, the flame go round the inside of the chamber 4. By this method, solid fuel can be used for domestic purpose as an effective method to utilize coal.
