PURPOSE: To shorten the time of construction by a method in which painting and surface treatment are applied to both sides of an incombustible heat insulator or an iron or nonferrous metal plate, and they are fixed by bolt, screws and rails.

CONSTITUTION: Painting and surface treatment are applied to both sides of heat insulator, ceramic plate, and iron or nonferrous metal plate, and the corners of the panels are beveled and holes are formed in the panels. The panels are attached to wall face, and when the base is wooden or light-weight steel frames, they are fixed by screws through screw hole guides and attached with decorated caps. When the base is concrete or ALC, anchors are buried and fixed by bolts and attached with decorated caps. Also, when the base is much uneven, anchors are buried and fixed by bolts, and the panels are horizontally adjusted and fixed by nuts. The cost of base construction can thus be reduced.
