PURPOSE: To make it possible to magnet powder stably a small molding section of a die, to improve a raw material yield and to eliminate almost post-treatment, by laying thick on a metal die secondary particles with a moderate size by shifting the magnet powder with a sieve.
CONSTITUTION: Just above a molding section 1a of a metal die 1, a powder suppling enclosure 2 is arrayed, above which a sieve 4 is mounted. When magnet powder is put in the sieve 4 and is vibrated, the magnet powder is passed through the mesh 4a is shaken down in the powder suppling enclosure 2. After an appropriate amount of the magnet powder is shaken down therein, the powder suppling enclosure 2 is slided and reciprocated with the bottom of the enclosure 2 close contacted on the upper face of the metal die 1. Since the magnetic powder consisting of secondary particles shifted with the sieve 4 has approximately uniform sizes, it does not cohere significantly. Accordingly, the magnet powder has a better fluidity and can be supplied smooth into the molding section of the die, powder molding of small magnetis possible, and therefore raw material yield can be increased and post process can be eliminated.
