PURPOSE: To improve cooking performance by controlling accurately a temperature of a cooking container, by making a heating unit on an external circumferential part and a heating unit in the vicinity of a temperature detecting part on an inner circumferential part electrifyable when electrification is selected to the heating unit on the external circumferential part.

CONSTITUTION: In case of heating of a large container 13, heating units 9, 7 in the vicinity of a temperature detecting part are made to electrify additionally in addition to heating units 4, 5. In this instance, heat A and heat B are supplied to a temperature detecting part 10 in a similar state when it is a small container. A temperature of a container, therefore, becomes controllable at about an identical temperature with that of a graph 14 at the time of the small container as shown by a graph 16. As it is clear from the above matter, the title device is extremely superior in controlling performance of a temperature in spite of the measurements of the container, through which it is possible to improve drastically practical baking performance and operatability in setting up a temperature.
