Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the circuit integration by adopting the circuit constitution that the number of NPN transistors (TRs) occupying a large area in an IC is decreased. CONSTITUTION:When a control voltage rising signal is inputted from a terminal A, TRs Q1, Q2 and Q4 are conducted, a capacitor C1 is charged via a resistor R6 and a control voltage V rises (at charging). On the other hand, a control voltage drop signal is inputted to a terminal B at discharge, TRs Q5 and Q6 are conductive by the input, a TRD7 is nonconductive, a voltage dividing a power supply B with resistors R12, R13 is impressed to a base of a TRQ8, which is conducted. Thus, the electric charge charged in the capacitor C1 is discharged via the TRQ8.
