Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a speed controller of a DC motor having a small variation in the rotating speed with respect to the variation in the power source voltage by selecting the emitter resistances of two transistors for forming a current mirror of a controller to different resistance values. CONSTITUTION:A bridge circuit is composed of a DC motor 1 and resistance elements 2-4. A constant-voltage circuit 18 outputs a constant voltage driven by constant current supply means 28. A differential amplifier 38 is driven by the means 28 to output a constant voltage. A differential amplifier 38 is connected with a current mirror circuit made of transistors 31, 32 as active loads, the resistance values of emitter resistors 34, 35 of the transistors 31, 32 are set to different values, driven by the means 28, the output voltage of the circuit 18 is amplified and applied to resistors 39, 40. A differential amplifier 41 compares the output voltage of a bridge circuit with a reference voltage from the resistor 40 to control a power supply control transistor 7.
