Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition composed of an ethylene.α-olefin copolymer rubber and a polar polymer, and capable of giving a white rubber composition resistant to deformation under high-frequency vulcanization.

CONSTITUTION: (A) An ethylene.α-olefin copolymer rubber wherein the molar ratio of ethylene unit to ≥3C α-olefin unit is about 50/50W97/3 is compound with (B) a polar polymer at a weight ratio of 50/50W97/3. The α-olefin of the component A is preferably propylene or 1-butene containing a polyene component (e.g. 1,4-hexadiene) in an amount of ≤50, preferably ≤40 in terms of iodine value. The component B is preferably chlorinated polyethylene, chloroprene rubber, etc.
