PURPOSE:To maintain a good condition of seal action throughout a long period, by supporting the rotary shaft of a valve ball not to be displaced through a valve shaft or the like further pressing an annular valve member arranged to a valve chamber side end in a fluid passage to the valve ball through a resilient means. CONSTITUTION:A casing is formed by connecting an end member 2 to a main unit 1, and an inlet 5 and the first outlet 4 are formed to the main unit 1 while the second outlet 3 is formed to the end member 2, respectively. While a valve chamber 35 is formed to the both unit 1 and member 2, and a valve ball 6 having an L-shaped valve hole 24 is inserted into the valve chamber 35, then a valve shaft 7 is inserted to be extended through holes 26, 23 of the main unit 1 and a hole 36 of the valve ball 6. Then an annular protrusive part 38 is formed to a valve chamber side end of the first outlet 4, and the first annular valve seat member 14 is slidably fitted to the periphery of the protrusive part 38, while this member 14 is pressed to the valve ball 6 by a belleville spring 16. Further in a similar manner, the second valve seat member 18 is provided to also the second outlet 3. In this way, a leak of fluid from the outlets 3, 4, to which the valve hole 24 is not faced, is prevented.
