PURPOSE: To bind soil particles on the surface of plowed field, to form a sheet covering layer on the surface of applied field, and to prevent erosion caused by wind and rain, by applying an aqueous solution blended with synthetic resin emulsion, and curing the resin.

CONSTITUTION: A solution of synthetic resin emulsion such as acrylic resin, vinyl acetate resin, etc. in water in a volume necessary for bonding soil particles by taking soil quality, and conditions of soil surface into consideration is applied to plowed field after seeding or soil cover by a water sprinkling vehicle or by a pump truck, etc. in such a way that the solution is penetrated into about 1W2cm from the surface. Curing is advanced 3W5 hours after the application, bonding is done between the soil particles to form a sheet covering layer.

EFFECT: Farm work is reduced and rationalized, and this process is highly efficient cultivation method, has good influence no crop physiology and has high economically efficiency replacing mulching cultivation method.
