Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform accurate on-off control corresponding to the fine displacement of a body to be fed, by employing a means of improving the resolution of detection. CONSTITUTION:When a driving motor 21 turns, the rotation of the motor 21 is transmitted to a thread-cut shaft 24d through the 1st gear 24a, an intermediate gear 24b, and the 2nd gear 24c. The rotation of the shaft 24d moves up or down a threaded cylinder 24e, and consequently a body 23 to be fed moves up or down by track pitch. At this time, the 1st gear 25 fitted to a motor shaft 22 turns at a prescribed angle of rotation. Therefore, the 2nd gear 26 turns at a prescribed angle of rotation which corresponds to the rotation ratio.
