CONSTITUTION: 0.3W15pts.wt. 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole derivative of formula I (wherein X is H, lower alkyl; Y is OH, SH) and/or polymethylenedicarboxylic acid-di-hydrazine derivative, 2W40pts.wt. at least one Ca compd. having a particle size of 200 mesh or below selected from CaO, Ca(OH)2 and CaSiO3 and/or at least one lead compd. selected from PbO, red lead, white lead, dibasic lead phosphite, dibasic lead phthalate and tribasic lead sulfate and 1W15pts.wt. org. peroxide such as dicumyl peroxide are blended with 100pts.wt. chlorinated PE resin having a chlorine control of 20W50wt%. The mixture is heated at 140W 200°C for 1W60min to crosslink it.
