PURPOSE: To reduce weight and to improve workability without necessitating a wheel rim and a cap, by forming a fixing part for an axle by integrating the central part of the side.

CONSTITUTION: As for a fixing part 21 of an axle 22, both side parts 23, 24 are formed integrally on a central part of the side of the same. The fixing part 21 is provided with a hub hole and fixed to an axle hub 32 with a nut 34 by piercing a hub bolt 33 of the axle through the hub hole. As there are no heavy goods such as a wheel, a rim and a cap at all, the titled tire is extremely light in weight, convenient in handling, few in damage accident, and is easy in display of design and print, and further no rust occurs.
