PURPOSE: To manufacture in an effort a foamed-laminate which has placed separate nonfoamable resin into the foamed laminate, by a method wherein the other cap is housed within a resin passage of a large cap by making use of two extruders, the resin containing a foaming agent is supplied into the large cap, and the separated nonfoamable resin is supplied into the other cap.
CONSTITUTION: Synthetic resin (a) containing a foaming agent is supplied into a large cap 5 through a main extruder 1 and nonfoamable resin (b) not containing the foaming agent is supplied into a small cap 6 through an auxiliary extruder 3. Along with the above matter an adhesive agent (c) is supplied into a cap 7 for extrusion of the adhesive agent. The adhesive agent (c) separated into two through the small cap 6 in the inside of the large cap 5 and extruded into the foamable resin (a) is advanced along the external circumference of the small cap 6, placed on both sides of the nonfoamable resin (b) extruded through a flat hole 61 of the small cap 6 and interposed between the foamable resin (a) and the nonfoamable resin (b) in the inside of the large cap 5. Thus the nonfoamable resin (b) is positioned at the center, the adhesive agent (c) is positioned on both sides of the resin (b), which is made into a laminated state by positioning further the foamable resin on both sides of the same, advanced within the large cap 5 and extruded wihin a mold 8 by turning into a laminated material. The laminated material is made into a foamed laminate (d) by foaming within the mold 8.
