PURPOSE: To manufacture cntinuously a stainless steel tube of uniform quality with less man-hour and on small operating floor area when manufacturing it from a stainless steel hoop thrugh welding by performing a on-line automation of the entire processes from the initial forming to the last product packaging consistently.
CONSTITUTION: A stainless steel hoop is paid off from an uncoiler A1 and formed A4 into a tubular shape and then welded A5 at the seam of the shape to be fabricated into a tube. A manufacturing device A comprising processes for cooling A6 the material and for executing a forming A8 after grinding A7 the welded part, a flaw detecting device B for detecting B13 a defective welded part of the welded tube, a pickling device C for the stainless steel half-made tube; a device D for marking the defective tube with a defect indicating mark, after inspecting the outer diameter, and roundness and etc. of the tube; a device F for cutting the acceptable tube into a certain length to store in a store table E temporalily, and further for finishing the cut end of the tube; a device G for packaging the acceptable finished stainless steel tube after the tube passed through the device F; Thus, the process is all continuously on-line automated.
