Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently apply a lining material to uniform film thickness, by airless spraying a lining material such as unsaturated polyester resin containing a flaky filler having a large particle size.
CONSTITUTION: A strong anticorrosive flake lining material prepd. by blending a flaky filler having a large particle size of 5W100 meshes in unsaturated polyester or epoxy resin is sprayed using an airless sprayer. Thus, the strong anticorrosive flake lining material can be applied to uniform thickness with high efficiency, and the lining can be performed advantageously in energy.
