Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a composition giving a molded article having uniform appearance and excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability and heat- deformation resistance even by the molding with a mold having relatively low temperature, by compounding a polyethylene terephthalate resin with a polyester- based plasticizer and a reinforcing material.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a polyethylene terephthalate resin is compounded with (B) 0.1W20pts. of a polyester-based plasticizer and (C) 5W200pts. of a reinforcing material. The component B is a compound having a molecular weight of 1,000W9,000, an acid value of ≤1, a hydroxyl value of 5W50 and a softening point of ≥50°C. The component C is glass fiber.
