NEW MATERIAL:An amine derivative substituted in the 3-position of formula I (Z is O, S; Y1WY4 are H, alkyl, halogen, phenyl, where, when Z is O, at least one Y1WY4 is other than H; R is methylene chain in which the straight chain contains up to 6 carbon atoms; Q is H, Cl, methyl methoxy, amino) and its acid adduct.
EXAMPLE: 3-[3-(3-Methylmorpholine)propylamino]indazole.
USE: A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory: it relieves inflammation and inhibits the side-effect of ulcer formation in digestive tracts by acidic nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory.
PREPARATION: For example, the reaction of a compound of formula II with another compound of formula III gives a compound of formula IV, which is reduced with a reducing reagent to give the compound of formula I .
