PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. which gives a coating film having, improved bond strength without deteriorating inherent mechanical strength of polyolefin and without conducting a pretreatment, consisting of a polyolefin, a specified ethylene-contg. copolymer and an acrylic resin.

CONSTITUTION: 1W50pts.wt. ethylene-contg. copolymer having a degree of crystallization of 30% or below and an ethylene content of 5wt% or above, such as an ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber, and 1W20pts.wt. acrylic resin having a weight-average MW of 1,000W500,000, such as a methyl methacrylate/ethyl acrylate copolymer, are blended with 100pts.wt. polyolefin such as PE.

EFFECT: This compsn. gives uniform moldings, which does not undergo delamination, without deteriorating inherent mechanical characteristics of the polyolefin, such as impact resistance, rigidity, elongation, etc.
