PURPOSE: To enable plural tracted cars to be pulled and driven only by the driver of a tractor without causing any necessity for lifting the tracted car when a troubled automobile is pulled, by introducing a cylinder device into said automobile and connecting one side of the steered wheels to be operated.

CONSTITUTION: A turn control cylinder 13, at both ends of which fixedly supporting ends 15, 16 are equipped, is telescopically operated by a longitudinally turnable working lever 9 mounted to an inner cylinder of said cylinder 13. A transversely placed fixing rod 14 is inserted into a front part 4 of a tracted car 2 to support the rear end 15 of the cylinder 13. In a condition of straight driving, a workig pin 25 is parallelly placed to the cylinder 13, and any movement in outer and inner cylinders is not caused because lock pins 27, 27 are lifted. Next, in the condition of right turning, the working lever 9 operates to move a slide shaft 26 to be placed aside, causing the lock pin 27 to be shifted to the cylindrical center part of the cylinder 13, thus the inner and the outer cylinders are unlocked and changed into operation subjected to force, that is, contractive motion.
