Title:
RECORDING AND REPRODUCING SYSTEM OF SOUND SIGNAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5919203
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform reproduction with no effect of noises generated when a video head is switched, by eliminating periodically a part of the reproduced sound signals by a time axis expanding circuit and at the same time reproducing the remaining signals with extension of the time axis.

CONSTITUTION: The signals reproduced by video heads 5 and 6 are amplified and then switched mutually with 60Hz by a switching circuit 12 to receive the video and sound reproductions through demodulation circuits 13 and 14 respectively. For the demodulated sound signal, the switching point part is removed by an analog switch 15. Then the demodulated sound signal undergoes a time axis expansion through a time axis expanding circuit 16 and is extracted through an output terminal 18 via an LPF17. The head switching position varies from the front edge of a vertical synchronizing signal within a 5W7H range. However, the effect of switching noises covers a considerable period, and therefore a 5W10H range is blanked by the switch 15. Then this period is approximately defined for expansion of time axis.
