PURPOSE: To prevent effectively cracking and separation, by providing bonded surface portions at places where stress is small.
CONSTITUTION: Belt layers 2, 2' are laminated on a carcass layer 1. A cap- tread 3 is laminated on the belts 2, 2'. On the surface of a radial tire, the bonded portions of the cap-tread 3, side treads and under-tread exist. The bonded portions are positioned at the side of the tread surface 4, within six times of the thickness of the belt layer 2 from the points where the production of the outside surface of the belt layer 2 adjacent to the carcass layer 1 in the central part of the tire intersects the surface of the tire when the production goes at the same curvature as the tread surface. The bonded portions are positioned at the side of the side-tread 5, within ten times of the thickness of the belt layer 2 from said points.
