Abstract:

To provide a pharmaceutical preparation inhibiting TLR9, which is one of receptors recognizing extracellular DNA, and having excellent prevention/treatment effect on autoimmune diseases, inflammation, allergy, asthma, and graft rejection or graft-versus-host diseases.

A TLR9 inhibitor uses a compound represented by general formula (1), its salt, or solvates thereof as an active ingredient. In the formula: R¹, R², and R³ may be the same or different mutually and are each a hydrogen atom or a C_1-4 alkyl group; a ring A is a 3-7C cycloalkyl group; and n is an integer of 1-3.
