Abstract:
To provide a toilet bowl body of a very space-saving toilet system that contains all washing pumping components in a single washing water tank body, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A ceramic toilet bowl 12 comprises a protrusion rear part 18. A hinge tube 28 can be accurately positioned and fixed to a proper place of the protrusion rear part 18 using a jig 22, for example with an adhesive agent, despite a difference in size of a toilet bowel body due to burning of ceramic. A water pump 82 and an air pump 102 are provided for washing a toilet bowl body 10 when a toilet seat 58 and a toilet lid 56 are in a closed state. The toilet seat and the toilet lid are rotatably attached to the toilet bowl 12 by a horizontal hinge pin disposed in the hinge tube 28. The closed toilet lid 56 and the closed toilet seat 58 are provided with a latch member for latching them. A washing water tank has an overflow weir.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
