Title:
TOILET BOWL CLEANING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP11336169
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a toilet bowl cleaning method, and a toilet bowl cleaning device in which need of maintenance is eliminated, which is safe to users, in which generation of contamination on the toilet bowl can be effectively prevented, and in which generation of ammonia can be sufficiently restrain as a sufficient measure to odor, compared to conventional methods of adding acid material.

A continuous electrolytic tank 1 comprising at least a pair of electrodes, a passage formed between the electrodes, and a liquid flow inlet and a liquid flow outlet communicating with the passage is provided on a toilet bowl A1. City water is electrolyzed in the continuous electrolytic tank 1 to generate free chlorine. As water including free chlorine is flushed into the toilet bowl A1, water including free chlorine sterilizes the inside of the toilet bowl A1, and restrains urea decomposition action by an enzyme of urease which bacteria has. Attachment of uroliths, coloring, and generation of odor at a toilet bowl surface and a toilet trap can thus be restrained.
