Abstract:
To provide a toilet device that can downsize an electric opening/closing unit, and can improve workability of assembly of the electric opening/closing unit.SOLUTION: A toilet device comprises: a casing rotatably supporting a toilet seat and a toilet lid; and an electric opening/closing unit provided inside the casing, and capable of opening/closing at least one of the toilet seat and the toilet lid. The electric opening/closing unit comprises: a case; a motor housed inside the case; an output shaft of which at least a portion protrudes from the case, and for outputting rotation of the motor to the at least one of the toilet seat and the toilet lid; a transmission mechanism housed in the case, and for transmitting the rotation of the motor to the output shaft; and an opening/closing detection mechanism for detecting an opening/closing state of the at least one of the toilet seat and the toilet lid. At least a portion of the opening/closing detection mechanism is provided outside the case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
