To provide an inexpensive toilet handrail device capable of being easily and firmly fixed to any type of toilet bowl, if it is a western-style water tank integrated toilet bowl in wide use, independently of a wall structure on the outer surface or side of the toilet bowl.

The toilet handrail device to be used mainly for the water tank integrated toilet bowl 1 having a water tank 14 on the rear upper face of a toilet bowl body 11 comprises a fixed frame 2 having a connection bar portion 22 abutting on the front of the water tank 14 and leg bar portions 21 extending downward from both right and left ends of the connection bar portion 22 and grounding on a floor surface, handrail frames 3 extending frontward from axially mounted bar portions 30 externally fitted onto the leg bar portions 21 of the fixed frame 2 and having horizontal handrail bar portions 32 at the upper parts, and a fastening member 4 bridged between both right and left ends of the fixed frame 2 through the back of the toilet bowl 1 and length-adjustable and detachable with a connection tool provided at the end.
