To provide a toilet handrail capable of directing a user's body gradually in a direction to a wash basin during standing-up motion of the user.

A toilet handrail is provided in a toilet room 1, in which a wash basin 5 is placed in front of a toilet stool 3 and on one side in a lateral direction of the toilet stool, to support standing-up motion of a user seated on the toilet stool. The toilet handrail includes: a first grip part provided in front of the toilet stool and on a side of the wash basin in the lateral direction of the toilet stool; and a second grip part provided in front of the toilet stool and in a position farther away from the toilet stool than the first grip part in the longitudinal direction of the toilet stool and farther away from the wash basin than the first grip part in the lateral direction of the toilet stool. The second grip part is extended substantially parallel to the lateral direction of the toilet stool, and the first grip part is extended, in the lateral direction of the toilet stool, from the center of the toilet stool to the wash basin in an inclined manner so as to approach the toilet stool.
