To provide a toilet lid capable of attaining the compatibility between heat insulation and mechanical strength and efficiently radiating heat generated by a control part, and a toilet device including the toilet lid.
A toilet lid includes a top surface part covering the top of a seated surface of a toilet seat heated by heating means and the top of a body part having a control part for controlling the heating means to be freely opened and closed. The top surface part is formed by foam resin, and when a part of the top surface part outside of a part covering the body part is taken as a first top surface part and the part covering the body part is taken as a second top surface part, the density of the resin of the first top surface part is lower than that of the second top surface part.
