Abstract:
To provide a toilet management method, a toilet management system, a toilet management device, and a toilet management program that make it possible to more efficiently perform maintenance of a plurality of toilet apparatuses installed in a toilet room.SOLUTION: A toilet management method for managing a state of a toilet room in which a plurality of toilet apparatuses are installed includes: a sign detection step of detecting a sign of failure of any of the plurality of toilet apparatuses by acquiring sign information on signs of failure of the plurality of toilet apparatuses; a failure detection step of detecting a failure of any of the plurality of toilet apparatuses by acquiring failure information on failure of the plurality of toilet apparatuses; and a collective reporting step in which when a failure of any of the plurality of toilet apparatuses is detected in a state in which a sign of failure of the plurality of toilet apparatuses is detected, the detected sign of failure and the detected failure of the toilet apparatus are reported collectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
