Abstract:

To provide a technology for properly managing a use state of a toilet device installed in a toilet room.SOLUTION: A toilet management system 10 includes: toilet devices 30 installed in a toilet room 21; a management device 50 for managing a use state of the toilet devices 30; and a communication device 22 for transmitting use state information related to the use state of the toilet devices 30 to the management device 50. The management device 50 includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring the use state information from the communication device 22; and an abnormality detection unit for, when the use state information acquired by the acquisition unit matches a predetermined condition, detecting abnormality of the facility or equipment installed inside or in the periphery of the toilet devices 30 or the toilet room 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
