Abstract:
To improve and overcome the inconveniences of worsening the hand feel and increasing paper debris of a human body clean-up rolled product such as sanitary thin paper sheet or a toilet paper, in particular, by adjusting the surface hardness of a rider roll of a surface winder.
In this toilet paper winding device comprising the surface winder for winding the toilet paper in a space encircled among three rolls, a first upper roll, a second lower roll and the rider roll, the surface hardness of the rider roll is in a range of 15-95 points.
