PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet room structure capable of giving a sanitary impression to a person in the toilet room, while securing space for placing articles in the toilet room.SOLUTION: A toilet room structure includes a counter 6 provided on a wall 10 of a toilet room 1 and rotatable to a non-use position along the wall 10 from a use position covering above a toilet bowl 3 installed in the toilet room 1 protruding from the wall 10. It includes a paper holder 71 arranged below the counter 6 arranged in the use position.
