Abstract:
To provide a toilet seat device which eliminates sound and stenches during evacuation allowing the evacuation at ease anywhere, and is inexpensive, simple and excellently versatile.
A hole for inserting cylindrical toilet paper 2 is formed on a foamed polystyrene toilet seat 1 which can be put on an existing toilet seat, the cylindrical toilet paper 2 is inserted in the hole and is spread in an umbrella shape when it is stopped, and evacuation is performed into the cylindrical toilet paper 2.
