A toilet seat includes: an upper toilet seat casing 410 having a seat surface; a cushioning material 440 provided at a part of the seat surface; a lower toilet seat casing 420 formed of a resin material; and an exterior member 430 which covers at least a part of the upper toilet seat casing 410 including the cushioning material 440 and the lower toilet seat casing 420. The structure making the end part of the exterior member 430 jointed with the lower toilet seat casing 420 with weld can not only suppress the shocks received in seating and improve feeling while seating but also prevent removal of a decoration treatment and a waterproof treatment of the toilet seat and stripping of the exterior member so as to stably maintain comfortable seating performance, high-level design and waterproof performance over a long period of time.
