To provide a toilet seat device which has reduced collision noises generated when a toilet seat and a toilet lid are opened/closed and prevents the toilet seat or toilet lid from being scratched owing to opening/closing of the toilet seat and toilet lid.
A toilet seat device includes a body section set on a toilet bowl, a toilet lid rotatably pivoted at the body section, a toilet seat rotatably pivoted at the body section, and a toilet lid cushion installed on a rear surface of the toilet lid and preventing the toilet seat from coming into contact with the toilet lid when the toilet seat and the toilet lid opens or closes. A rotating shaft for turnably supporting the toilet lid and a rotating shaft for turnably supporting the toilet seat are separated, and the relative position of the toilet lid cushion to the toilet lid is changed according to a contact position between the toilet seat and the toilet lid cushion depending on an opening angle between the toilet lid and the toilet seat.
