Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress detection accuracy deterioration of a human body detection part even when the human body detection part is installed at a position facing a toilet seat.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat; a body part that pivotally supports the toilet seat; a human body detection part disposed in the body part, facing the toilet seat at least in one of a state that the toilet seat is in an open state, and a state that the toilet seat is in a closed state, and irradiating with an electromagnetic wave a place ahead of the body part to detect a human body; and a metal part provided to the toilet seat. The metal part includes an opening at a position facing the human body detection part at least in one of the above states.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
