Abstract:
To properly sanitize a toilet seat in a simple configuration suppressing size and cost increases of the toilet seat device.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device includes a toilet seat, a toilet lid for covering the toilet seat in a closed state, a plurality of ultraviolet light-emitting devices attached to the back side of the toilet lid, and a control device for controlling the plurality of ultraviolet light-emitting devices to apply ultraviolet light to a seating face of the toilet seat, with the toilet seat closed. The plurality of ultraviolet light-emitting devices are defined in such specifications that at least any of the wavelength, output and light distribution angle is different according to the respective mounting positions, and the control device controls the irradiation of the ultraviolet light based on predetermined application times of the respective ultraviolet light-emitting devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
