PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device for compactly forming a constitution in a circumference of a rotation shaft member to be a rotation shaft of a toilet seat.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device 10 includes: a toilet seat 1; a sitting switch mechanism 50A for detecting sitting on the toilet seat 1 by detecting movement of a rotation shaft member 53 to be a rotation shaft J of the toilet seat 1; a toilet seat self-supporting mechanism 50B having restriction parts 57, 58 for restricting rotation of the rotation shaft member 53 and keeping self-supporting of the toilet seat 1.
