Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement in safety and reliability by suppressing generation of electric leakage in a toilet seat heater.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device includes a body 200, a toilet seat 400, and a toilet seat heater 450. The toilet seat heater 450 has a constitution in which a linear heater 453 is disposed in a meandering form between two soaking sheets 451, and waterproof insulation sheets 454 are laminated on the outside surface of the soaking sheets 451. Outer peripheral portions of the waterproof insulation sheets 454 are adhered to each other, and a waterproof insulation part 457 is formed across the whole circumference. In one part of the waterproof insulation part 457, a non-adhering part which is not adhered to the inside surface of an upper part toilet seat casing 410 is formed, and an outer peripheral edge of the non-adhering part does not come into close contact with the inside surface of the upper part toilet seat casing 410. With this constitution, an end part of the waterproof insulation part can be prevented from coming into close contact with the inside surface of the upper part toilet seat casing, water infiltration from the end part of the waterproof insulation part can be prevented, and safety and reliability can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
