PURPOSE: To shorten the hot-air drying time and save the power consumption of a hot-air heater in a toilet seat device washing and drying the private part of a human body seated on a toilet seat installed on a stool.

CONSTITUTION: A toilet seat device is provided with a washing nozzle 4 washing the private part of a human body and a hot-air generating means 12 drying the hip section of the human body wet with washing water with hot air. The air quantity of the hot-air generating means 12 can be switched, a hot-air passage 9 and a suction passage 11 connected to the hot-air generating means 12 are provided, a hot-air blowout port 8 is provided at the tip of the hot-air passage 9, and a suction port 10 faced to a toilet seat 1 is provided at the tip of the suction passage 11. After the washing nozzle 4 is operated, the hot-air generating means 12 is operated, and hot air is blown toward the private part from the hot-air blowout port 8. The hot air is sucked from the suction port 10 installed in front of the human body, the hot air reaches not only the rear of the human body but also the front, and the hip section can be dried over a wide range in a short time.
