Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat lifting device capable of discovering and taking countermeasure for failure of a drive part and having hight maintainability.SOLUTION: A toilet seat lifting device includes: plural drive parts driving thereby respectively lifting different positions of a toilet seat of a toilet bowl; plural spindles respectively connected with the plural drive parts so as to rotate thereby driving the drive parts by rotating; drive sources respectively rotating the plural spindles; a measurement unit measuring at least one variable parameter of the plural drive parts, spindles, and drive sources when the drive sources rotate the spindles; a failure detection unit detecting failure of one of the plural drive parts based on the variable parameter measured by the measurement unit; and a countermeasure unit taking predetermined countermeasure when failure is detected by the failure detection unit.
